  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items.
  • If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

3. Exceptions:

  • We offer a replacement or store credit for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. You must provide proof (photos) of the issue and contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
